GREEN BUILDING MACHINERY
This is a hot wire cutter that can cut 3D foam shapes. Its main features are:
1. All the profiles of the machine are connected by aluminum alloy profile, simple and beautiful appearance, stable movement and high precision; meanwhile , four unit limit switches keep safety protection .
2. Machine have X, Y, U,V, A total 5 axis . moved by step motor and tooth belt.
X,Y and U,V can work at the same time for 2D profile , Separate movement for 3D profile.
A is rotary shaft , Which is suitable for Shape wire cutting .
The accuracy of the mechanical control is 0.05mm;
3. Voltage regulation: This machine is equipped with a 1kw transformer (Heating I) and 2KW welder (Heating II), which suit for hot wire cutting and shape wire cutting. The heating both can be adjustable .
