Ⅰ、Overview
SPGB series two-D CNC foam cutting machine is used for cutting various specifications of foam plastic plate products of large-scale electric heating cutting machine, foam plastic products factory produced large foam sheet equipment. The machine can completely realize the straight line cutting, abnormity cutting; equipment cutting car model, EPC, aviation model, movie props, placed the necessary raw materials can be cut.
The main features of the machine:
1、the main frame of the machine is made of welding and aluminum profiles and various special connections, the movement is stable and the precision is high;
2、the machine uses stepping motor, stable movement, free speed, suitable for cutting special graphics needs non-stop speed change requirements, mechanical control precision is 0.5mm;
3、voltage regulation: the machine configured a 15kw transformer, and through electronic voltage, output voltage 0---220V can tune. Cutting rack can be installed 15 heating wire, while cutting 15 of the same patterns or characters.
4、The equipment adopts touch key input, less operation keys. Simple patterns can also through the controller directly input. Screen display cutting pattern, tracking cutting. Cutting speed can transfer, the maximum velocity is 4000mm/min. Parameter setting is simple and convenient. At same time, it has travel protection function, when the moving distance beyond the provisions of the trip, equipment automatic protection to stop.
